Proof of purchase will be required. 2 year guarantee not available on Ogio or Thule bags.

Place faulty product into a bag, print off and attach freepost slip and take to your local post office.

We will endeavor to replace your product with an identical replacement product. If the exact product is no longer available we will replace with an item of similar value and style as a best fit alternative, or provide you with a refund at your option.
