These could be your local Co-op, McColls, Budgens or Spar, as well as many independently owned convenience stores, newsagents, petrol stations and universities.     For Next Day and Saturday deliveries, delivery times are officially between 07:00 and 17:30 however in some cases the courier may deliver later than this where appropriate.

    Please note – British Forces Post Office/address (BFPO) orders can only be delivered on the standard delivery service. BFPO orders cannot be tracked.

  • If delivery of your order is delayed longer than the specified time period, please contact us and we will investigate the delay with the relevant courier.

    Please allow 15 working days from the delivery due date for lost orders to be replaced or refunded, as we cannot complete an investigation for lost orders with a courier until this date has passed.

    If you have selected CollectPlus & you haven't received an email or SMS with your collection code & the parcel's estimated date of arrival has passed, then please contact our Online Shop Customer Service Team on 08450 722522 and they will be more than happy to help.

  • To make shopping for Christmas super easy, we have extended our Returns Policy over the festive period. This means you can return any unsuitable or unwanted Christmas presents up until 22nd January 2017. Please note; refunds will be issued back to the original account holder's method of payment.

    You may return any order placed from shop.animal.co.uk in store – this includes all methods of delivery and free delivery to store. You must bring your confirmation or dispatch email in order to get a refund in store. Please click here for more details.

    To return one or more items please:
    • Place items into a suitable bag/container
    • Complete the returns form enclosed with the original parcel, or print off the PDF attachment on your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email. If you cannot find this e-mail please contact customer services at shop@animal.co.uk
    • Place the form in with the items you want to return and seal bag/container securely
    • Use the free returns label (from the returns form). Take your parcel to your local Post Office. Please ensure you ask for a proof of postage and keep this safe until you receive your refund
    • We will credit you by reversing your original transaction shortly after your return has been checked and processed. Please allow up to 14 days to be refunded
    • Once your refund is completed we will confirm this by email to you
    • Luggage and individual items that weigh over 2kg are not covered by the returns postage label provided on the Order & Returns PDF. When returning luggage, please call our customer service team on 08450 722522 to arrange for this to be collected from you. Collections are between Monday to Friday and will be collected between 8am to 6pm. We regret our couriers are unable to make calls to customers before a collection so please make sure the item is available to collect during these times
    • Due to the nature of Animal wetsuit fabric it is important when returning the product to follow specific packaging instructions. See Wetsuits section below

    • Place items into a suitable bag/container
    • Complete the returns form enclosed with the original parcel or print off the PDF attachment on your dispatch confirmation email. If you cannot find this please contact customer services at shop@animal.co.uk.
    • Place the form in with the items you want to return and seal the bag/container securely.
    • Write your Animal order number in the specified box on the CollectPlus returns label. Peel off the label and stick it on your parcel, ensuring it covers any existing barcodes or labels. If you do not have a return label, you can print one for free by visiting https://www.collectplus.co.uk/animal
    • Drop your parcel off at any one of 6000 locations offering the CollectPlus service. Keep your returns receipt safe until you receive your refund.
    • We will credit you by reversing your original transaction shortly after your return has been checked & processed. Please allow up to 14 days to be refunded.
    • Once your refund is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
    • Unfortunately, items over 10KG in weight, or larger than the maximum dimensions of 60cm x 30cm x 30cm, cannot be returned via the CollectPlus service. Please call our Customer Service Team on 08450 722522 to arrange an individual collection. Collections take place between Monday to Friday and will be picked up between 8am to 6pm. We regret our couriers are unable to make calls to customers before a collection so please make sure the item is available to collect during these times.

  • • The Animal Online Shop cannot exchange items.
    • For hygiene reasons, underwear is non-returnable even if the hygiene label is intact.
    • The product is returned undamaged and in a saleable condition with all labels and swing tags intact.
    • You may return any order placed from shop.animal.co.uk in store – this includes all methods of delivery and Click & Collect. You must bring your confirmation or dispatch email in order to get a refund in store. Please click here for more details.
    • Please return your order within 28 days of the dispatch date. Returns on Click & Collect orders must be made within 28 days of the collection date.
    • Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene label intact.
    • Wetsuits & GoPro cameras/accessories can only be returned if labelling and packaging is intact and unused.
    • Luggage and individual items that weigh over 2kg are not covered by the returns postage label provided on the Order & Returns PDF.

  • Animal watches have a 1 year guarantee, and our higher-performance models with screw-down crowns have a 2 year guarantee.

    This guarantee does not cover:
    • Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, or finishes or plating.
    • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

    All watches returned will be inspected by Animal, and if the fault is deemed to have been due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing, your watch will be repaired free of charge, and returned. If the fault is deemed to have been caused by rough treatment or accidents, we may charge for the work required. If the watch has been returned for a refund, a refund will only take place if all packaging and labelling is intact, and the watch is unused and unworn. In case of replacement, Animal cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar appearance will be provided. When returning faulty watches please do not include the box. Any boxes/packaging will not be returned.

  • Wetsuit returns & warranty:
    • Animal Wetsuits have a 1 year manufactures warranty.
    • Wetsuits can only be returned if labelling and packaging is intact and unused.
    • When returning a wetsuit (including a faulty product) please follow the packaging instructions as detailed below.
    • If your wetsuit is faulty please also complete the Wetsuit Repair Form below.
    • On replacing faulty wetsuits, we’ll always repair any manufacturing faults free of charge within the guarantee period and send this back to you.
    • On refunding faulty wetsuits, all returns will need to be inspected by the manufacturer prior to a full refund. If the fault is caused by rough treatment or accidents, the product will be returned to you and a refund will not take place. Any manufacturing faults will qualify for a full refund.

    The following guidelines explain what will not be covered under Warranty:
    • Fading from sunlight.
    • If you have made alterations to the suit.
    • Repairs or alterations done by anyone other than ANIMAL authorized repair unit.
    • Hook & loop fasting damage anywhere on the suit or deterioration of the neck seal where it adheres to the inside or outside of the wetsuit. Using this hook & Loop tab correctly will avoid these issues.
    • Damage to the legs and ankles from excess stretching causing holes when pushing the feet through or catching sharp toe nails.
    • Damage to the suit from excessive pulling at the sleeves or neck area causing tears.
    • Damage to the wetsuit from rock or reef abrasion.
    • Damage from using the wetsuit for purposes other than it was designed for.
    • Damage from drying the suit on heaters, radiators or the car foot well.
    • Pulling, stretching or tearing at the base of the zip caused from using the zip cord as leverage to pull the wetsuit on.

    • We guarantee a “no-quibble” refund for any items you may not be completely satisfied with.
