Delivery options

There are a number of delivery options available:

Delivery does not require a signature and can be left in a safe place with instruction.
Order will be delivered within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
Next working day delivery UK £7.95 Delivery can be tracked.
Delivery requires a signature.
Order before 2pm to receive next working day delivery*.
Guaranteed Saturday delivery UK £12.50 Delivery can be tracked.
Delivery requires a signature.
Order on a Friday before 2pm to receive Saturday delivery.

Next working day delivery requires your order to be placed before 2pm.
* If you order on a weekend or bank holiday your order will be processed on the next working day.
Guaranteed Saturday delivery requires your order to be placed on a Friday before 2pm.
When selecting standard delivery you may add an optional "mobile number" or "delivery comment" in the box provided. For example:
Please leave with neighbour.
Please call if delivery is after 3pm.
We will endeavour to accommodate your requests but we cannot guarantee this.
Please note - We do not deliver to British Forces Post Offices/addresses (BFPO)
Where the Animal E-Store delivers to

Standard delivery is available to the following UK areas – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Standard delivery service also serves The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please allow an extra working day for delivery to these areas.
Next working day and guaranteed Saturday delivery is not available to The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

How to track your order

You will receive an email to confirm your items have been despatched.
You can only track your delivery if you have created an account. Create an account
It is possible to track your delivery for all delivery options except standard delivery.
If you have an account and would like to check the status of your order go to “My Account” and "View Order History".
In the unlikely event of a delay receiving your order please contact us within 21 days of placing the order to allow us to track this efficiently. For any lost orders to be replaced or refunded, a claims procedure with the courier will be processed. Please allow 15 working days from date of despatch for the parcel to be declared as lost by the courier.
