What are E-Gift Vouchers?

E-Gift Vouchers are electronic gift vouchers that can only be purchased and used in the Animal E-Store.
E-Gift Vouchers can be bought for any amount up to £100.
The chosen recipient can use the E-Gift Voucher to purchase any product in our E-Store (for details on how to use an E-Gift Voucher see detailed information below).
The Animal E-Store will send the E-Gift Voucher to the recipient on your behalf via email. The recipient will receive the E-Gift Voucher email as soon as payment has been accepted.
The recipient will be advised to follow the instructions on the email to make a purchase online.

How do I buy an E-Gift Voucher?

Go to our E-Gift Voucher page.
When you select to buy an E-Gift Voucher you will be asked to provide some basic information, including the value of the voucher, recipient name and email address and your personal message to the recipient.
The E-Gift Voucher will be added to your shopping basket.
Once you have checked out you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
The Animal E-Store will email the E-Gift Voucher to the recipient on your behalf.
Animal E-Gift Vouchers can currently only be bought, with credit/debit cards registered in the UK.
How do I use an E-Gift Voucher?

Visit the Animal E-Store shop at shop.animal.co.uk.
Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your basket.
Go through the check out process until you get to the order summary page.
Click the “E-Gift Voucher” button .
A box will appear. Copy the claim code on your E-Gift Voucher and paste it into the box.
Click “continue”. This will apply the E-Gift Voucher.
If the value of your order is higher than the value of the E-Gift Voucher, you will need to pay the difference using a credit or debit card.
If the value of your order is lower than the E-Gift Voucher value, the balance will be added to your Animal E-Store account as E-Store credit and can be used on future visits.
If you forget to click the E-Gift Voucher button you will have to cancel your order and start again.
You are unable to retrospectively use your E-Gift Voucher if you have paid for the purchase by other means.

The Animal E-Store reserves the right to cancel any E-Store credit account that has been inactive for 24 months. An email will be sent to your last known email address 3 months prior to cancellation advising the amount of credit still to be used and the exact expiry date.
