Having problems making a payment?

When entering your card details please ensure that you have done the following:

You have entered the correct card type (eg Mastercard, Visa, Maestro).
You have entered the card number correctly (the card number is the longest number shown on the front of the card).
You have used the cardholder’s name as shown on the front of the card.
Your billing address matches the address where your card is registered.
You have entered the expiry date and valid-from date correctly.
You have entered the issue number if you are using a Maestro card. If your Maestro card has no issue number then leave the field blank.

What are the payment options?

We accept most major credit/debit cards and Paypal.
You may also use E-Gift Vouchers or E-Store credit.Click here for more information on E-Gift Vouchers.
What is a Security Code?

The Security Code (or CVV2 number) on your credit/debit card is a security measure we require for all transactions.
Since a CVV2 number is listed on your card, but is not stored anywhere else, the only way to know the correct CVV2 number is to physically have possession of the card itself.
Most credit/debit cards have the three digit CVV2 number on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip.
Do I need to create an account before I can purchase?

No, you do not have to create an account to make a purchase.
If you choose not to create an account click the “Checkout Without Registering” button.
What are the benefits of creating an account?

Once entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re enter them again for your next order.
When you log in to your account you can:.
Track your order status and order history.
Access your account information at any time and edit any of your account details.
Make your checkout process easier.
Why do I need to enter my email address?

The Animal E-Store uses your email address as our means of identifying you.
All communication from the E-Store will be sent to you via your email address.
This is the address your registration will be based on, if you have chosen to create an account.
Why do I need a password?

When you create an account you will be asked to create a password.
Your password is unique to your email address and ensures that your account details remain secure.
We strongly suggest that you keep a record of your password in a safe place where others can not find it.
You do not need to create a password if you have chosen to check out without registering.
What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password click here or go to the log in pages and click the “forgotten your password” button.
You will be asked to enter your email address.
We will email you immediately your password.
When you log in again you may want to change the password immediately as a security measure.
Where’s my order?

We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
Depending on which delivery option you have selected you may be able to “track your delivery”.

Where does Animal's E-Store deliver to?

At the moment the Animal E-store only delivers to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If you do live further afield, please visit the store locator on our brand website to check for the store nearest to you.
What if I can’t find the desired products on the E-Store?

The products are either out of stock or not available online.
Visit our store locator on our brand website. Call the store nearest to you with the product code or description to find out if they have it in stock.

Can I place an order online and collect it from a store?

No. Unfortunately we are not yet offering this facility.
