Getting started

Welcome to the Animal E-Store. We hope you enjoy the shopping experience.

Here are a few tips, most of which you will be familiar with, to help you navigate our site.

	“Home” button	will take you back to our E-Store home page.
	“Brand site”	will take you back to our main brand website.
	“Navigation bar”	shows the different departments from which you can shop. Click a department for a more detailed product list.
	“Search box”	is always in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can search by product, product code or key word.
	“View Basket”	the number of selected items is always visible in the top right hand corner of your screen. For more detail simply click “View Basket”.
	“My Account”	has all the up to date information about your account balance, recent activity, address book, order history and deliveries.

Using search

	The most effective way to use search is if you know the exact product code or description.
	In the absence of this information try to be as specific as possible. If you look for backpacks, enter backpacks not luggage.

Size and availability

	There is the facility to look up size and colour availability on each of the product pages.

Placing your order

	Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your basket.
	Click the continue button to proceed to the check out.
	You will be asked to register before you check out. If you would like to register and create an account, follow the instructions on the screen. To register and create an account click here.
	There is also the option to check out without registering.
	If you are already registered simply enter your email address and password.
	On the order summary page you can review and amend your order.
	Click the “place order now” button and your order will be placed.
	After you have placed an order, we will email you an order confirmation.

Registration

	For the time being the Animal brand and the Animal E-Store sites are hosted by different parties.
	If you wish to be registered on both, you will need to undergo the registration process twice.
	You can use the same password for both.
	Hopefully this will change within a few months.

Payment options

	We accept most major credit/debit cards and Paypal.
	Please note that if an order is placed using Paypal an immediate payment will be taken at time of order. All payments for orders using a credit/debit card will be taken on point of dispatch.

What to expect next

	After you’ve placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation.
	If there are problems with your payment you will receive an email to inform you.
