Print off and complete the returns form from the attachment on your 'Order & Returns Information' email. If you cannot find this e-mail please check your spam, junk or trash folders.
Place the form in with the items you want to return and seal bag/container securely.
Place the pre-printed returns label (from the attachment on your 'Order & Returns Information' email ) onto your finish bag/container. If you no longer have your 'Order & Returns Information' email please contact customer services.
Return items free of charge via your local post office.
Please ensure you ask for a certificate of postage. Keep the certificate safe as it is your proof of postage.
When we receive your returned items we will confirm receipt by email to you.
We will credit your original method of payment or Online Shop credit shortly after your return has been checked and processed. We will credit you by reversing your original transaction. Please allow up to 14 days to be refunded.
Items purchased on the Animal Online Shop cannot be returned to stores.
Luggage & items that weigh over 2kg are not covered by the returns postage label provided on the Order & Returns PDF. When returning luggage, please call our customer service team on 08450 722522 to arrange for this to be collected from you. Collections are between Monday to Friday and will be collected between 9am to 6pm. We regret our couriers are unable to make calls to customers before a collection so
please make sure the item is available to collect during these times.
Conditions for returns
The product is returned undamaged and in a saleable condition with all labels and swing tags intact.
Items were purchased online at the Animal Online Shop. Online purchases cannot be returned to stores.
Please return your order within 28 days of the despatch date.
The Animal Online Shop cannot exchange items.
For hygiene reasons, underwear is non-returnable even if the hygiene label is intact.
Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene label intact.
Wetsuits & GoPro cameras/accessories can only be returned if labelling and packaging is intact and unused.
Animal watches have a 1 year guarantee, and our higher-performance models with screw-down crowns have a 2 year guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover:
Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, or finishes or plating.
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
All watches returned will be inspected by Animal, and if the fault is deemed to have been due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing, your watch will be repaired free of charge, and returned.
If the fault is deemed to have been caused by rough treatment or accidents, we may charge for the work required.
If the watch has been returned for a refund, a refund will only take place if all packaging and labelling is intact, and the watch is unused and unworn.
In case of replacement, Animal cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar appearance will be provided.
When returning faulty watches please do not include the box. Any boxes/packaging will not be returned.
Animal Wetsuits have a 1 year international manufactures warranty.
Wetsuits can only be returned if labelling and packaging is
intact and unused.
On replacing faulty wetsuits, we'll always repair any
manufacturing faults free of charge within the guarantee period and send
this back to you.
On refunding faulty wetsuits, all returns will need to be
inspected by the manufacturer prior to a full refund. If the fault is caused by rough treatment or accidents, the product will be returned to you and a refund will not take place. Any manufacturing faults will qualify for a full refund.
GoPro Cameras and Accessories
All GoPro products are to be returned to the Animal Online Shop.
All cameras must be returned with the seal un-broken and the packaging unopened/intact.
All accessories must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
On refunding faulty GoPro cameras and accessories, all returns will need to be inspected by the manufacturer prior to a full refund. If the fault is caused by rough treatment or accidents, the product will be returned to you and a refund will not take place. Any manufacturing faults will qualify for a full refund. GoPro products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase. GoPro's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or
product with a comparable part or product at GoPro's sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. GoPro assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall GoPro be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Because of possible user resealing error, this product is not warrantied against waterhousing leakage or any resulting damage. Please review and follow the instructions carefully when sealing the waterhousings! Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
