E-Store returns procedure

To return one or more items please:
Package using the original bag or box your goods were sent in, if possible. If the bag or box is damaged please use a suitable alternative bag or box.
Complete the 'reasons for return' section of the returns form included with your original delivery.
Put the items you want to return and the completed form in the bag or box.
Reseal the bag or box.
Peel off the pre-printed returns label included in your package and stick it on the finished bag or box. You can also download a copy of the returns label and print it out.
Return items free of charge via your local post office.
Please ensure you ask for a certificate of postage. Keep the certificate safe as it is your proof of postage.
When we receive your returned items we will confirm receipt by email to you.
We will credit your credit / debit card or E-Store credit as soon as your return has been checked and found to be in order. We will credit you by reversing your original transaction.
Items bought from the E-Store cannot be returned to stores.
Conditions for returns

The product is returned undamaged and in a saleable condition.
All labels and swing tags are included.
Items were purchased online at the Animal E-Store.
Please return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returned items will be refunded via the original payment method.
Exchanging items

The Animal E-Store cannot exchange items.
To change an item you will need to:
Return it according to the procedure outlined above
Place a new order for the replacement item.
Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons underwear is non-returnable. Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene label intact. Wetsuits can only be returned if labelling and packaging is intact and unused.
Wetsuits

Animal Wetsuits have a 1 year international manufactures warranty.
Wetsuits can only be returned if labelling and packaging is intact and unused.
On replacing faulty wetsuits, we'll always repair any manufacturing faults free of charge within the guarantee period and send this back to you.
On refunding faulty wetsuits, all returns will need to be inspected by the manufacturer prior to a full refund. If the fault is caused by rough treatment or accidents, the product will be returned to you and a refund will not take place. Any manufacturing faults will qualify for a full refund.
Refunds

We will refund your credit / debit card or E-Store credit as soon as your return has been checked and found to be in order.
This should be no later than 14 days after we have confirmed receipt by email to you.
If there is a problem with your returned item(s) you will be contacted by our customer services team.
If you have an account with the Animal E-Store you can check the status of your order or refunds by visiting ''My Account'' and clicking ''View Order History''.
We guarantee a 'no-quibble' refund for any items you may not be completely satisfied with.
